Access homebuyer programs with financial support
Our lending team can provide access to special programs at the local, state, and federal level that can help eligible families purchase a home. These funds can often be applied towards your closing costs or your down payment to lower your monthly payments and make them more affordable.
Here are the programs we’re currently offering:
- Greenline Home Program: A grant of up to $135,000 to assist with down payment or closing costs. This program aims to counteract the longstanding effects of historic racism.
- Inglewood Homeownership Initiative: Do you live or work in Inglewood? Up to $50,000 in downpayment assistance grant funding may be available.
HOPE Homebuyer Orientation
The best way to determine if you are eligible for down payment assistance is to attend a HOPE Homebuyer Orientation. You will get connected with a HUD-certified homeownership counselor who will assess your options and help you to apply.
