ADU Program
Generate rental income or provide extra space for your family by adding an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) to your property.
Construction project management
Our certified construction project specialistswill take care of your repair work andimprovements with expertise, efficiency, and attention to quality that will stand the test of time.
Historic Home Rehabilitation Program
Apply for up to $10,000 in grant money to finance repairs on your historic home in the Adams-Normandie or Jefferson Park communities.
NRG Program
Save money and breathe cleaner air through our NRG Program. Homes and small businesses in Los Angeles City Council District 15 (CD 15) may be eligible for grants of up to $3,000 for energy-efficient upgrades.
Senior Minor Home Repair Program
Feel safer in your space if you are age 62 or older in the Los Angeles region. Access grant money of up to $5,600 for fall prevention and minor home repairs.
Affordable lending
We are a Community DevelopmentFinancial Institution (CDFI) which means we are able to offer lower-cost loans for fixing your property than if you worked with a traditional lender.
