We offer HUD-certified workshops and classes for home buyers. Whether you’re just starting to dream or are well on your way to signing the deed, our team will walk alongside you to ensure your time and money are well spent.
Financial education for homebuyers
All classes are available in English and Spanish, virtual and in person. We can also make accommodations for hearing impairment and other languages as needed.
- HOPE Homebuyer Orientation. A free one-hour workshop that will introduce you to NHS, the basics of homeownership, and other community resources.
- FasTrak Homebuyer Class. This HUD-certified class provides you with a certificate that can assist you in qualifying for certain loan products and purchase assistance programs.
- Landlord Training. Maximize your investment by learning the fundamentals of managing a rental property.
