ADU Program
Expand your livable space by adding an additional unit to your property or converting a garage
An Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), also known as a mother-in-law unit or granny flat, is a building that shares property with another main building, such as a single-family home or duplex. Adding an ADU to your property can provide you with more living space, rental property, or a home office, depending on your financial goals and family needs.
ADU financing
We provide low-cost loans directly through our affordable lending services. We’re able to offer these lower rates because we are a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Our HUD-certified housing counselors will work with you to provide financing based on your budget and overall goals.
