Foreclosure Prevention Workshop
Our HUD-certified financial counselors will offer support if you are facing late payments or foreclosure. Access relief options for mortgage assistance, mortgage forbearance, and loan modifications by signing up for our Foreclosure Prevention Workshop.
Counseling support is available at no charge in English and Spanish. We can also make accommodations for hearing impairment and other languages.

Homeowner assistance
We strive to support homeowners who are behind on mortgage payments. After you attend the Foreclosure Prevention Workshop, complete an intake form and select Foreclosure Prevention as the application type.
CalAssist Mortgage Relief Program
Wildfire survivors can receive up to $100,000 to help with mortgage payments through the CalAssist Mortgage Relief Program. Our housing counselors will determine whether you are eligible and can help you apply.
