This one-hour workshop will teach you the basics of homeownership. Discover empowering programs and resources, and meet our HUD-certified housing counselors.
Our HOPE Homebuyer Orientation will help you:
- Understand the buying process
- Learn about available purchase assistance (grants and loans)
- Qualify for certain low-cost loans
- Connect with trusted experts
This complementary course is live on Zoom. It’s available in both English and Spanish. We can also make accommodations for hearing impairment and other languages as needed.

How is the HOPE Homebuyer Orientation different from the FasTrak Homebuyer Class?
The HOPE Homebuyer Orientation is a free, one-hour course introducing you to our range of programs and services.
By contrast, the FasTrak Homebuyer Class consists of two four-hour sessions. There is a cost to register, and you will receive a certificate of completion at the end, which can help you qualify for loans and other purchase assistance.
