Affordable Homeownership

Purchase a home in Wilmington or San Pedro with the help of our HUD-certified housing counselors. Down payment assistance programs such as the Green Line Program can make buying a home more affordable for first time buyers.

NRG Program

The NRG Program equips property owners with utilities for clean energy savings through a grant of up to $3,000, along with technical construction support to install energy-efficient materials.

Senior Minor Home Repair Program

The Senior Minor Home Repair Program provides residents age 62 and older with a grant of up to $5,300 for home improvement and repair. We send a certified occupational therapist and a certified construction project specialist to your home to recommend repairs that should be made for increased safety and mobility.
