Inglewood Homeownership Initiative

Get down payment assistance to purchase in the City of Inglewood area

Up to $50,000 in downpayment assistance is available for new homeowners in Inglewood.

Eligibility

Eligibility requirements for the Inglewood Homeownership Initiative include:

  • Must live or work in the Inglewood area.
  • Must attend a HUD-certified homeownership class that will provide you with a certificate of completion such as our FasTrak Homebuyer Workshop.
  • Income limits may apply.
