Projects

NHS develops affordable transit oriented, multi-use properties and provides affordable home rehab to existing homeowners that are in need of maintenance on their homes, but cannot otherwise afford to fix their homes. Home rehabilitation revitalizes the neighborhood by improving health and safety, beautifying the internal and external appearance, and stabilizing the affordability of the properties. Affordable home development ensures low-income people are able to live in their community.
