Home Matters™ aims to build public support for the essential role that the Home plays in building stronger neighborhoods. Home Matters™ calls attention to the essential role Home plays in American life, and sheds light on the connections between stable housing and other areas vital to society like jobs, education, health, the economy and public safety.
The workshops available for those attending include:
- Homebuyer Programs (buying a home / down payment assistance);
- Foreclosure Prevention (Mortgage Assistance);
- Home Rehab (“Don’t Move, Improve” – affordable home rehab loans).
