The City of Compton is offering Up To $100,000 for Down Payment Assistance for home purchases in Compton and Home Rehab Loan needs for owners. Neighborhood Housing Services of LA County will be hosting this session designed to inform you about the programs, the steps to prepare you to qualify for the loans, and how NHS guides you through the process. These educational workshops are helpful for those interested in learning more about how to begin the process of qualifying for these programs.
