Mayor Garcetti’s Emergency Senior Meals Program Intake Form – This is a temporary emergency home-delivery meal program created in response to the COVID-19 crisis of 2020. It is for residents of the City of Los Angeles who are 60 years of age or older, in need of food, and NOT participating in other meal programs (such as Meals on Wheels or CalFresh).
